Our bid writing begins with one of our Specialist Associates working to build a comprehensive catalogue of statistical information, in order to produce a market research report. This is used to contribute to the creation of a strong, detailed case for support and evidence of need. Our Finance Consultant then works with you to add value to your financial reports needed for successful bid writing.
We will ask you for some key information, and we will use our own extensive knowledge to ensure that we put the most compelling case together to raise funds for your organisation.
We will use extensive experience, our funding databases and personal knowledge of funders to research the most appropriate funding sources, matched to your funding priorities. These will include fast track funders if required.
Once the material and funding leads are agreed, the primary focus of work is to undertake bid writing on your behalf. We use your electronic headed paper and all letters can be signed by you. Alternatively, we can, with your agreement sign as your Trust Fundraiser and can advise on setting up an email account.
All the information we compile and produce is available to you at any time. We use a bespoke Funding Planner to act as your “Funding Dashboard” recording bids submitted, reports due and the value of bids available.
We produce timely reports to your Executive Board as required.
